1. Who publishes Afterbody
Afterbody is a body-tracking mobile app published by Sarah Kaddour, sole trader based in France (hereafter "we"). Contact: contact@afterbody.app.

2. What you agree to, and when
Creating an account or using Afterbody means accepting these terms. If you don't agree with part of them, don't use the app: that's the only way to decline, and it carries no consequence.
We may amend these terms, for example when a feature changes. You'll be notified in the app at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Afterbody after that date counts as acceptance; otherwise, you can delete your account at any time, free of charge.
3. Afterbody is not a medical device
Afterbody records what you enter. It does not diagnose and does not give medical, nutritional, or fitness advice.
The numbers and curves shown are a presentation of your own data. They never replace a healthcare professional's opinion. If you're under treatment, pregnant, a minor, or have a history of eating disorders, talk to a doctor before tracking your weight daily.
In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
4. Your account
Using Afterbody requires an account, created with Sign in with Apple or Google. This account lets you retrieve your measurements and photos if you switch phones.
- You must be at least 16 years old. Below that age, the app isn't intended for you, and we delete the account if we become aware of it.. En dessous, l'application n'est pas destinée à vous et nous supprimons le compte si nous en avons connaissance.
- An account is personal. You're responsible for access to your phone and can enable Face ID lock in settings.
- You can delete your account from Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your measurements and photos (see the privacy policy for timelines). pour les délais).
5. Free version and Pro subscription
The free version includes measurement tracking, full history, and trend curves, with no time limit. The Pro subscription adds unlimited photos, comparisons without a watermark, two-way Apple Health sync, and CSV export.
- Purchase and billing by Apple. Subscriptions are sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account when the purchase is confirmed. Les abonnements sont vendus via l'App Store. Le paiement est prélevé sur votre compte Apple à la confirmation de l'achat.
- Automatic renewal. The monthly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. L'abonnement mensuel se renouvelle automatiquement sauf résiliation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours.
- Cancellation. This happens in your Apple account settings, not with us — we don't control it. You keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid for. - Refunds. Requests are handled by Apple (reportproblem.apple.com), subject to Apple's own refund policy and applicable local consumer law. Displayed prices are tax-inclusive in the currency shown in the App Store. We may change them; a change never applies to a period already paid for, and you're informed before the next renewal.
6. What you agree not to do
- Upload photos of another person without their consent, or any unlawful content.
- Attempt to access another user's data, or circumvent the limits of the free version.
- Bulk-extract the app's content or make commercial use of it.
In case of a serious breach, we may suspend account access after notifying you, unless urgency or law requires immediate action.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its code, name, visual identity, and text belong to us. Your data and photos remain yours: we acquire no rights to exploit them and never use them for marketing or to train a model. : nous n'en acquérons aucun droit d'exploitation et ne les utilisons ni pour communiquer, ni pour entraîner un modèle.
8. Availability and liability
We run Afterbody with care, but without guaranteeing an uninterrupted service: maintenance, a provider outage, or an iOS update can make it temporarily unavailable.
Our liability cannot be engaged for indirect damages, nor for the consequences of health decisions made based on the figures shown (see § 3). It is in any case limited to the amounts you paid us over the past twelve months. Nothing here excludes our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or harm to personal safety.
Back up what matters. Use the export feature in settings: data loss remains possible, and the export is your safety net. Utilisez l'export depuis les réglages : une perte de données reste possible, et l'export est votre filet.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, reach out at contact@afterbody.app — we always look for a friendly resolution first.
